An introduction to both new climbers to the sport, as well as build upon the knowledge base in previous classes. Climbers will develop the skills and strength to be confident as they approach the wall and, while learning and leaning upon the fundamental elements of climbing. This includes further developing their technique as we explore footwork and body position, as well as cultivating the proper climbing mindset.
