Perfect for teens who want to build real kitchen skills while making fresh pasta, sauces, pizza, desserts, and classic Italian favorites from scratch.
Day 1 – Pasta Lab: Handmade pasta, Tomato Butter Sauce, Caesar Salad, Italian Soda Bar
Day 2 – Pizza & Street Food: Dough Making, Pizza, Garlic Knots, Tiramisu Cups, Italian Soda Bar
Day 3 – Northern Italy Comfort Foods: Chicken Parmesan. Cacio e pepe, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables. Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce
Day 4 – Italian Bistro Finale: Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Pomodoro Sauce, Cannoli Dip with Cookies
