About the event
Though imaginative storytelling, creative poses, and calming breathing exercises, children will build flexibility, focus, and confidence. With a caregiver or grandparent by their side, kids will embark on playful yoga adventures while learning essential mindfulness and movement skills in a supportive environment. Development Touch Points: Gross Motor Skills, Parent-Child bonding, Social and Emotional Development, Focus and Concentration.
AGES: Caregiver- Child (Ages 18m- 5y) TYKES
