Although more than 50 years have passed since the Apollo 11 moon landing, the moon remains a source of scientific mystery and cultural fascination. For this month’s Pop Up Science at the KU Natural History Museum, explore lunar science with guests, the Astronomy Associates of Lawrence! We’ll also learn about how different cultures have interpreted and engaged with the moon. Free and fun for the whole family!
