Classes are family friendly, and all levels of yoga experience are welcomed. Everyone 5 years and older requires registration. Little family members must be able to quietly stay seated on a yoga mat during the asana practice. They do not have to follow the flow.

Kitty Karma Yoga is a fundraising project created by yoga teacher and cat mom, Suzi King, serving the Northeast Kansas area since 2016. In the yogic tradition, this is called an act of Seva.

This unique class allows yoga participants to engage with adoptable, rescue cats & kittens during a vinyasa yoga flow.

Participants are encouraged to flow as much or as little as they desire, while adoptable cats roam freely through the space.
