Join Dr. Lisa Sharpe Elles and bring some chemistry into the kitchen. Learn about the four basic food molecules and how they react and interact as you test out recipes for pancakes, pizza, and even homemade ravioli.
No need to pack a lunch! We will be making our own.
June 16-18, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We do offer early drop-off or late pick-up for a surcharge with advance booking.
