Class meets August 28-December 4, and is for ages 12 to 120.

This high-energy combines dance-inspired movement with cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. Designed for adults of all experience levels. Adult Dance Fitness offers a fun and supportive way to stay active, improve overall wellness, and enjoy the creative power of movement. No prior experience necessary. Those enrolling are expected to be familiar with general policies, attire, and opportunities outlined in the School of Dance Handbook. This class accepts Drop-In Dance Cards.
