About the event
This camp is 3-6 pm, July 13, 14, 15 and 16 for kids ages 13-18, Cost is $180. Click here for more information and how to register.
Day 1 – Street Food Basics: Chicken or veggie tacos with fresh salsa, Elote cups (Mexican street corn), Homemade tortilla chips + guacamole
Day 2 – Comfort Classics: Chicken enchiladas (red or green sauce), Spanish rice, Refried beans, Paletas
Day 3 – Market Flavors: Chicken Tinga,
Day 4 – Fiesta Finale: Tamales (team-made assembly), Churros with chocolate dipping sauce, Agua fresca bar (hibiscus)
