Beginning Boys Gymnastics (Ages 6-9)
Participants will be introduced to all six of the boys’ gymnastics apparatuses - Parallel Bars, High Bar, Floor, Rings, Pommel, and Vault. Emphasis is on teaching proper body alignment and improving overall strength and balance in order to master gymnastics skills.
