A-Team Sports Training Facility’s Summer Camp offers a fun, structured, and high-energy experience designed to help kids stay active, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. Hosted by A-Team Sports Training Facility, the camp runs throughout the summer with full-day programming that blends movement, learning, and teamwork. 

Each day is thoughtfully designed to include dynamic warm-ups, strength and conditioning fundamentals, sport-specific skill development with local experts, and interactive “Snack & Learn” sessions focused on nutrition and healthy habits.

Campers will also take part in team-building challenges, mindset and visualization exercises, and guided recovery periods to promote both physical and mental growth. 

With a variety of activities, exposure to local Lawrence businesses and sports professionals, and an emphasis on fun and development, this camp creates an engaging environment for athletes and kids of all levels.
