During this free specialty workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of self-defense (Krav Maga) and educate your children how they can use situational awareness to stay safe. For kids ages 5-12

About the event
Our goal is to educate everyone on how to stay safe and also give them the tools to defend themselves when contact occurs. This presentation will consist of part lecture and physical training.
By learning the basics of self-defense, you help to prepare yourself for dangerous and unforeseen circumstances.
During this workshop your kiddo's will learn:
-Situational Awareness and how to develop better awareness
-Goal Setting and Reaching Goals
-Basic Krav Maga Defenses, Wrist Grabs and Hair Grabs.
-They will also learn about de-escalation and verbal boundaries
